RETURN POLICY
READY-TO-WEAR / MADE-TO-MEASURE / BESPOKE
Returns are available on all web orders (ready-to-wear, not custom orders) within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in an unworn and unused condition. Please return all items, including hanger, garment bag, shoe boxes and boxes. We suggest using a trusted courier with tracking information for your return shipment. Items that do not make it back to us cannot be refunded.
For Bespoke and Made-to-Measure clients, we will happily make any alterations needed within 30 days of receiving your jacket. After 30 days, we will make alterations for a reasonable fee.
For Ready-to-Wear clients, we strongly encourage that you check your current measurements before purchasing your jacket, or reach out to us for assistance. If adjustments are needed, we will provide alterations for a reasonable fee after your purchase to ensure the perfect fit.
FOOTWEAR AND ACCESSORIES
We accept returns of unused and undamaged accessories within 14 days of purchase. For footwear, we suggest trying them on a carpeted surface in order to protect the soles while you are making your decision.
EU RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible for a return under this policy, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. To initiate a return or cancellation, please contact us at rendez-vous@ateliersavas.com within the 14 day window.
